80SIX releases are limited. Here is how shipping, returns and exchanges work.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Limited releases and pre-orders can take longer. The product page will say so.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Rates and delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Wrong address

Check your address before you place the order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

What can be returned

Items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered
Items in original condition with tags or packaging
Hats that are unworn and still in their original shape

What cannot be returned

Items marked final sale
Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Items returned without contacting us first

How to start a return

Message us with your order number and tell us if you want a refund or an exchange. We will send return instructions. Do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us. Exchanges depend on stock. Releases are limited, so the size you want may be sold out. If it is, we will offer a refund.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item is defective or we sent the wrong one, we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
